REDLEX INFORMATION
Terms & conditions.
Last updated: 20 August 2026
These terms provide a practical starting point for Redlex Custom Prints projects. The quotation, approved artwork and any written project-specific terms form part of the agreement.
1. Quotations and scope
A quotation is based on the information, quantities, sizes, materials, access and timetable supplied at the time. Changes can affect price and completion dates. Unless the quotation says otherwise, it is valid for 30 days and does not reserve production time until accepted.
2. Artwork and approval
The customer must check names, numbers, spelling, colours, dimensions, placement and other important details. Production begins only after the required approval and payment arrangements are confirmed. Screen colours are a guide; printed materials, monitors and lighting can produce reasonable differences.
3. Customer-supplied material
The customer confirms that they have permission to use supplied logos, photographs, text and other material. Redlex may refuse material that appears unlawful, unsafe or to infringe another person’s rights.
4. Payment
Deposits, staged payments or full payment may be required before design, ordering materials or production. Payments are handled by invoice or another agreed method. The Partner Card is not a payment card, and this website does not store payment-card information.
5. Timing
Times are estimates until the necessary artwork, approvals, payment, stock and access are in place. Redlex will communicate material changes, but is not responsible for delays caused by late approvals, incorrect customer information, supplier disruption or events outside reasonable control.
6. Delivery and installation
The customer must provide safe, lawful and suitable access, surfaces and conditions. Additional visits or work caused by unavailable access, unsuitable surfaces, inaccurate measurements or undisclosed restrictions may be charged. Risk and responsibility are agreed according to the supply, collection, delivery or installation arrangement.
7. Problems and complaints
Check work promptly and report a concern with photographs and details as soon as reasonably possible. Redlex should be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, repair, replace or repeat affected work.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits a consumer’s statutory rights. Subject to that, Redlex is not responsible for indirect business loss or for errors that exactly reproduce customer-supplied or customer-approved content.
9. Appointment-only service
The business does not operate as a public drop-in shop. Visits, collections, site checks and discussions must be arranged in advance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. Any mandatory consumer protections and rights to use an appropriate alternative dispute or court process remain unaffected.
