REDLEX INFORMATION
Privacy notice.
Last updated: 20 August 2026
This notice explains how Redlex Custom Prints uses personal information received through this website and during project enquiries.
Who is responsible for your information
Redlex Custom Prints is the data controller. Questions or requests about personal information can be sent through the website contact form or to the configured Redlex contact email.
Information we collect
- Your name, business name and contact details.
- Project details, measurements, deadlines, budgets and communication preferences.
- Files you choose to attach, such as artwork, logos or photographs.
- Order, invoice, approval and delivery or installation records when a project proceeds.
- Basic technical and security information, including timestamps and a protected hash used for spam prevention.
Why we use it
Information is used to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, provide requested services, maintain order records, protect the website and meet legal or accounting obligations. The usual legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business.
Sharing
Information is not sold. It may be shared only where needed with hosting, email, IT, accounting, delivery or specialist production providers, professional advisers, or public authorities where legally required. Providers should receive only what they need for their role.
How long it is kept
Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are normally reviewed for deletion after 24 months. Order, invoice and accounting records may be kept for the period required by tax and legal rules, commonly six years. Files may be removed sooner when they are no longer needed.
Security
The website uses access controls, password hashing, protected storage, rate limiting and encrypted HTTPS when correctly deployed. Email is not a perfectly secure communication method, so do not submit payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal information. You may also raise a concern directly with Redlex first and have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies
This package uses only essential session storage for form security and the private owner area. It contains no advertising or analytics cookies. If analytics, chat widgets or other tracking tools are added later, this notice and the consent setup must be reviewed.
